Hello! I'm Brian Morgan, an art director, editorial, and graphic designer based in Montreal, Quebec. Currently I'm the art director of Maisonneuve magazine, but from 2008 to 2017, I was the art director of The Walrus magazine, and before that the deputy art director of Maclean’s. I was a bookseller for seven years and am something of a bibliophile; happily I have had the opportunity to design books, not notably for House of Anansi Press. From September to December 2017 I did a three-month design residency at Concordia's District 3 Innovation Centre, which was a crash course in UX, service design, and design thinking, and resulted in an innovative public security project, The Bolo Program.
